Color-Coded Aluminum Shim Stock
Non-compressible, burr-free, rust-proof, and long-lasting, Artus aluminum stock works best under pressure and stands up to heat. It performs reliably in high ambient temperature applications exceeding 500° F (260° C). Aluminum shim stock is color-coded by thickness for quick and easy identification.

Stainless Steel and Low Carbon Steel Shim Stock
When you need your shims to perform reliably under extreme conditions and applications, Artus steel shim stock is unequaled. Our stainless-steel shim stock uses Stainless Steel 300 Series Alloy, making it non-corrosive and rust-proof.
Our low carbon steel shim stock uses Cold Rolled 1010 Steel, making it extremely durable, ductile, and economical.
Produced in flat sheets up to 24” x 36”, our steel shim stock is safer to handle because it won’t dangerously uncurl as rolled stock does. The material is easy to cut, allowing you to reduce waste and save. We package the sheets for easy access and storage.

Brass Shims
Artus offers long-wearing brass shim stock made with high- quality 70/30 B36 Cartridge Brass. It is non-corrosive, easy to use, and easy to cut. Our brass shim stock is safer to handle because it is produced in flat sheets up to 24” x 36” and won’t dangerously uncurl as rolled stock does. The sheets offer the additional advantages of economy (less waste in cutting) and space-saving storage.
